- Wide Measurement Range: Equipped with a precision dual-scale gauge, this tester measures from 0-600 bar/0-8000 psi, with a maximum test pressure of up to 60M Pa. The transparent fuel measuring cup holds up to 0.8L of oil, and features a built-in filter for accurate injector nozzle testing.
- Comprehensive Testing Capabilities: This versatile tool set is designed to perform a variety of tests, including injector nozzle opening pressure, leakage, chattering, spray pattern inspection, and atomization. Its multifunctional testing capability makes it an essential tool for examining auto diesel injectors.
- Complete Accessory Kit: The injector pop tester kit comes with a 60MPa pressure gauge, handle, adjustable hand wheel connection nuts in A and B types (12 x 1.5mm and 14 x 1.5mm), a 0.8L fuel cup with a filter and delivery valve. Two additional oil pipes are also included for extended testing.
- Extensive Application: This diesel fuel injector tester is widely used for calibrating fuel injectors in diesel engines for automobiles and tractors. It is suitable for all types of diesel injectors, except for Common Rail Diesel Injectors (CRDI).
